Our Approach

Customer Service is where we started and this forms the underlying values in all of our products. All of our products and services are hand selected and packaged to ensure a diverse but well rounded suite of products which can be adapted to each individual business. All products and services provided by Bitflo are wrapped in our 'support blanket', ensuring a single point of contact for our customers to our local support team. The result of this unique approach is a well rounded, well supported IT system which provides reliability and ease of use to every employee.

Through these long term partnerships, we can offer further services such as Data & Electrical, Digital Signage, Audio Visual and Physical Security services.

We follow our own advice

Whilst we offer our CTO role to our customers to help shape IT strategy in their business, we also utilise this role internally. The Bitflo CTO continually monitors the market, ensuring our products and services are modern, value for money and remain the best available. As the market changes, so does our product offering.
We believe strongly in our hand picked products and services and utilise the same services at Bitflo as we use in our customer sites.
